About payment methods
Our site supports the following payment methods.
credit card
Card payments can be made using VISA, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB brands.
Google Pay
If you are viewing using Google Chrome, you can pay using your Google Pay account.
On the payment screen, select Google Pay from Express Checkout.
Apple Pay
You can use Apple Pay to pay on the web in Safari on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
On the payment screen, select Apple Pay from Express Checkout.
Paidy deferred payment
Paidy payment is a payment method that can be used with just an email address and mobile phone number. No pre-registration or credit card required.
The usage amount for one month will be determined on the first business day of the following day, and will be notified by email and SMS between the 1st and 3rd of the month following the month of usage.

About delivery and shipping charges
Delivery company: Japan Post, Kuroneko Yamato, Sagawa Express
Delivery days:
- When shipping from overseas, it takes at least 7 days from the time of order, on average 9 to 14 days, and during busy periods it may take up to 21 days.
- For domestic shipping: We will ship within 2 business days at the earliest. It will take 3 to 5 days to arrive. (Excluding Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)
Shipping fee: flat rate shipping 1,000 yen
Free shipping for bulk purchases of 10,000 yen or more
- In the case of remote islands, there may be additional relay charges, in which case we will contact you before shipping.
- Please note that in some cases, the delivery company may be changed to an equivalent carrier without prior notice.
About cancellation

Cancellations made after that time will generally not be accepted.

About return/exchange conditions
If the product is initially defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the product and we will replace it with a new product.
Please note that we will bear the return shipping costs due to initial defects or damage.

*Overseas products may have looser product standards than Japanese products, and may be more sloppy in sewing and construction.
