[Important] Regarding the influence of Chinese New Year (Spring Festival)

This is a notice regarding the impact of the Chinese New Year (Spring Festival) on our shop.

Lunar New Year (Spring Festival): January 27th to February 10th, 2022 (Shipment will resume from February 11th)
*Some stores will be closed from January 19th.

The above period will be a temporary closure period, and many stores and logistics facilities in China (Hong Kong) will also be closed.
Our domestic branch in China (Hong Kong) will also be closed with the final shipping date being January 26th.

Shipping after the Lunar New Year holiday will begin on February 9, but customs clearance and shipping will be delayed before and after the Lunar New Year.
Delivery companies in China are also expected to be busy due to the extended holiday period.

Additionally, due to the resurgence of the coronavirus outbreak in Omicron, shipments from our overseas branches continue to be stagnant.
Tracking of shipped products is also affected, and tracking is not possible for about 5 to 7 days even after shipping.
However, there is almost no impact on products shipped from within Japan.


If you are unable to track your international shipment using the tracking number, please contact us and we will ask you to check again in a few days.
